Born in Palmanova (UD), Mr. Pascolin is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. He is Chairman of the Order of the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Gorizia. He has different roles in Boards of Statutory Auditors, Auditing Bodies (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and as Legal Auditor.
He has held and is holding different roles as Director in limited companies and Public Entities; in particular, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Consortium in Monfalcone and Chairman of the Technological Naval and Nautical District of Fvg Scarl. He has acted as liquidator, negotiated settlement expert, certifier, and bankruptcy trustee.
Expert in Trade Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trieste. He is author of several publications mainly on the topics of Accounting and Board of Statutory Auditors (published in Rivista Diritto Societario; Il Diritto Fallimentare; Il Commercialista Veneto).

Born in Naples, he graduated in economics in 1989. During his career, he has worked as an auditor, chairman of the board of statutory auditors and statutory auditor of several companies and entities. Felice Simbolo has also served as chairman of the board of directors and director in companies and is a founding partner of FMG & partners corporate advisors S.r.l. He served as a director of the Issuer from 2014 to 2017 and from 8 May 2020 to 27 April 2023 he was Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Issuer.
Born in Rome, she graduated in Economics at the University La Sapienza of Rome, and is qualified as a chartered accountant and auditor. Barbara Bortolotti is a member of boards of statutory auditors of companies, as well as a liquidator in several limited liability cooperatives in the procedures of compulsory liquidation and dissolution ex art 2454 septiesdeces c.c.. She also advises on financial statements, accounting, and tax matters in real estate management companies and companies operating in other sectors; valuations of companies and business units on a voluntary basis and pursuant to law; management of tax disputes before tax commissions and financial offices; and management of business crises (drafting of certified plans pursuant to Articles 160 et seq. of Royal Decree 267/1942).
