Gabrielle Covino

A lawyer and Partner at Gianni & Origoni, Gabriella Covino specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, joint ventures, corporate distress and restructuring, with particular expertise in distressed M&A. She previously served as Co-Head of the firm’s Insolvency Department.
Throughout her career, she has advised major international groups, investment funds and listed companies on complex transactions. She has also held corporate appointments, including as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Geox and Vice-Chair of Banca del Fucino. Her substantial international experience includes postgraduate study in the United States and appointments within the International Bar Association relating to corporate law, M&A and corporate governance.
