An employment lawyer and Partner and Co-Head of the Employment Law Department at Gianni & Origoni, Saverio Schiavone has extensive experience advising Italian and international groups. A former member of the judiciary who served as an employment judge, he specialises in corporate reorganisations and restructuring, industrial and trade union relations, human resources management and litigation. He has advised leading international industrial and financial groups, including Capgemini and KKR, on major corporate transactions and complex organisational transformation programmes.
